Protiviti, a global leader in risk and internal audit governance consulting, announces the Performance and Risk Integration Center formed in partnership with Akili, a leading IT services firm specializing in SAP Business Analytics and Technology.
Establishing the Center formalizes the ongoing Protiviti-Akili partnership to provide comprehensive solutions from the SAP BOBJ suite in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Business Intelligence (BI), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and Mobility.
In response to new economic realities, the Protiviti-Akili team has established its Performance and Risk Integration Center to develop more agile and responsive management capabilities. This development will build upon the team’s joint solutions already being implemented in specific industry verticals, such as Oil & Gas and Banking. The Center is positioned to be SAP’s largest Business Analytics and Technology implementation partner.
Protiviti brings the Center a global best practices model for risk management and compliance as well as a tremendous amount of industry expertise. In addition, the Performance and Risk Integration Center will be supported by Protiviti’s Knowledge and Innovation Center based in India.
Akili delivers best practices in the deployment of EPM solutions and also provides a BI practice focused on further maximizing SAP BusinessObjects solutions for the Center’s clients.
Through the combination of Protiviti’s breadth across the globe and the depth of Akili’s experience, the Center will be arming its clients with the management solutions needed to both identify more threats that were previously unknown, as well as react much more responsively to market events, thereby reducing exposure to risks or capitalizing on opportunities. The Center’s Implementation Methodology is grounded in a long history of custom application and system development that has created a perspective on the critical success factors of a BOBJ project that many of the Center’s competitors do not share.
