Akili Hires Naramore as VP of Marketing

DALLAS, Texas (June 14, 2010) --

Akili, ranked 23rd among the 100 fastest growing, privately held companies in the Dallas area, announced today the appointment of Rebekah Naramore as vice president of marketing. With close to 10 years of corporate communications and public relations experience in the business-to-business marketplace, Ms. Naramore is well-suited to position Akili as the ideal system integration firm for client-focused enterprise performance management and business intelligence solutions that support the adaptive enterprise.

“Rebekah is a skilled communicator and resourceful problem-solver,” said Shiek Shah, chief executive officer of Akili. “She has the ability to quickly asses a situation and formulate practical solutions that support our corporate goals.  Rebekah brings a wealth of marketing experience to Akili.”

Prior to joining Akili, Ms. Naramore held the roles of communications project manager and team leader at Colemont Brokerage Group and director of marketing at the Chamber of Commerce in Watertown, New York. In each of these positions she directly impacted sales and business development by clearly communicating organizational expertise and building brand integrity.

Ms. Naramore received a B.S. in Public Relations from John Brown University, where her study concentrations were in journalism and graphic design.
