Akili Hires Calhoun as Business Development Executive

With more than 20 years of experience in executive-level solution selling, Mr. Calhoun is ideally suited to build on Akili’s reputation for client-focused information management solutions that support the adaptive enterprise.

Prior to joining Akili, Mr. Calhoun held the roles of senior account executive and regional sales manager for IBM, Accenture, Microsoft, and KPMG among others. His client experience includes closing large scale service implementations with companies including Motorola, GE Healthcare, GE Aerospace, Emerson, Rockwell Automation, Rockwell Collins, Brunswick/Mercury Marine, Caterpillar, Deere, Navistar, Trane, NiSource, and Exelon.

Mr. Calhoun received an MBA from the University of South Dakota and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Southern Illinois University. In addition, he has received professional sales certifications and further business sales training from IBM, KPMG, Holden, and Microsoft.
