The Consultant is responsible for leading performance management projects that may include CPM, Data Warehousing, and Enterprise Portal implementations. This includes project planning, business process requirement definition, application design, prototype development, test plan development and execution, product training, knowledge transfer and successful implementation of the overall performance management solution. In addition, the Consultant is involved in various stages of a project lifecycle, pre-sales through implementation, ensuring the success and satisfaction of his/her customer(s) and delivering projects on time, within budget and are of a quality consistent with Akili's standards.
Qualifications
- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent level of education and experience
- 5+ years of Project Management experience.
- 2+ years of user or implementation experience with the Outlooksoft, Hyperion, Cognos or other OLAP based products.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of one or more of these BPM systems.
- Excellent oral and written skills and capability to translate technology and BPM concepts and trends into meaningful information understandable to those inside or outside of the organization.
- Ability to engage various resources within the company to support customer's environment.
- Demonstrated history of attributes consistent with culture: can-do attitude, customer-focused, flexible, proactive, quality-conscious, responsive, team-oriented.
Required Skills
- Ability to travel independently throughout the Company to meet with employees, customers, and partners. Travel up to 80%.
- Ability to converse verbally in writing with customers and employees.
- Ability to understand and manage financial and operations reports, organizational processes and methodologies.
- Ability to utilize sound and independent judgment to determine project guidelines, purpose, follow-through and completion.
- Ability to work under stress, interruptions, conflicting needs and tight deadlines.
